Topher
Mohr
Topher Mohr is a genre-blurring musician, writer, and producer whose career spans decades and continents. Known for his deft musicianship and soulful songwriting, Topher began as a sought-after touring and session guitarist, performing and recording with artists. His early years in Ann Arbor, Michigan, immersed him in a rich musical culture, laying the foundation for a style that seamlessly weaves funk, pop, R&B, rock, hip-hop, and funk influences. After years on the road and in the studio, Topher shifted his focus to writing, producing, and nurturing creativity at Phlotilla Studios in Los Angeles. Here, he has built a reputation for fostering artists and crafting music that resonates deeply—whether for records, film, TV, or global brands. His work has been featured on college and national radio, in media outlets like Vice Magazine, and in acclaimed sync placements through his collaboration with Sony Music Publishing. Topher’s commitment to artistry and innovation is matched by his passion for community. He continues to collaborate with a diverse range of musicians and creatives, always seeking to elevate the craft and spirit of music. And while his studio work keeps him busy, you can still catch Topher on stage from time to time at iconic Los Angeles venues like the Troubadour or Lodge Room, keeping his roots in live performance alive. Whether behind the scenes or under the spotlight, Topher Mohr’s mission is simple: to create, inspire, and empower artists to find their own voice.
